What do I wear to Yoga? SO what do I wear? What do I bring? Great questions....... WEAR comfortable fitting bottoms that will move when you move.. Gals this could be leggings, capris, sweats, longish shorts ~ stretchy. Guys how about long shorts, running pants or sweats ~ stretchy. Tops could be anything that moves with you. We bend upside down a lot so you might want to wear something long and maybe clinging so your top stays put or you can tuck it into your bottoms. You know what your sense of modesty is. Do what feels right for you. Layering is a good idea. You might want a hoodie or a sweatshirt ~ it will come off pretty quickly though. We are generally barefoot on our mats - if that is uncomfortable for you; socks are okay maybe with those grippy things on the bottom - we do not want you to slip ~ toes and bare feet are the best for good gription. Good idea to bring a small towel and some water. If you have a mat bring it, if not no worries we have community mats.
WHEN DO I COME? Please Check out our schedule page for the session times. It's a great idea to COME 5 - 10 MINUTES EARLY SO YOU CAN CHECK-IN, CHOOSE YOUR SPOT, GET SETTLED AND STRETCH A LITTLE BEFORE WE START THE SESSION.
What do I need to bring? if you have yoga gear, by all means bring it. If you don't - no worry - we have community mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and towels at the studio that you are welcome to use. We do recommend that you bring water to drink during your practice.
