BREATHE & MOVE

Energize and transform your body, mind , spirit and life! The main focus is on the power of the breath and the power of movement as you flow through the asanas (poses). Be prepared to perspire. Bring a towel and water; wear comfy, cool clothes.

EASY STRETCH AND MOVEMENT - COMMUNITY YOGA

In these all level sessions we start with stretching to awaken the mind and body, then move on to basic yoga poses, followed by a flow sequence warming the body further. Then move back to the mat for a cool down and finish with more stretching and final relaxation. These yoga sessions are great for beginner level or those who enjoy a low key workout.

STRETCH & STRENGTH YOGA
In these All Levels yoga classes with the added option to use small hand weights to help tone and strengthen the body. Are you ready to get ripped?

YOGA BODY BOOTCAMP
Yoga Body Bootcamp ™ is the revolutionary new yoga-fitness hybrid created by Deborah Williamson. Think Cross-fit intelligence combined with sweaty, sultry appeal of Zumba, and you’ll have an inkling of the flavor of Yoga Body Bootcamp ™. Get ready for a combination of Biggest Loser, Amazing Race, and Survivor adrenaline mixed with the inner stillness of yoga. Crazy fun combined with yoga asana, fitness bootcamp stations and a whole new brain chemistry. You will sweat! Please bring a towel and water.

HOT VINYASA YOGA (Room heated to 85 - 90 Degrees)
In these all level sessions we heat up the room and flow thru the poses to get you moving and detox your body by sweating. Please bring a towel and water to drink.

WEEKLY WIND DOWN YOGA
Come as you are for this All Levels Class designed to stretch every muscle group, build flexibility and help you deal with STRESS! Good for anyone who wants to stretch, improve flexibility and balance and/or needs to chill! Also a great cross training compliment to your workout or competitive sport regime.

CHAIR YOGA
Chair yoga is a great way for those with limited movement, physical challenges, or who are just not ready to be on the floor, to participate and enjoy the benefits of yoga. In a chair yoga session we use a chair to either sit in or hold on to while standing. This helps the student with the execution of yoga movements, improving strength, balance and flexibility.

ALL CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR THOSE NEW TO YOGA AND EXPERIENCED YOGINIS.
MEN AND WOMEN ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE.
